Progressoplaste, Lda was founded in 2004 and has years of experience in this industrial sector of manufacturing plastic parts and packaging for various industries and sectors.
With a covered surface of around 2200 m², we have plastic injection machines from 50 to 550 tons, being able to produce parts weighing up to 2kg or packages from 5ml to 500ml through the production process of plastic injection and plastic blow injection.
The capacity to manufacture technical parts of a high level of complexity allows us to hope that in the future, Progressoplaste will be a reference in the plastic injection industry in Portugal.
We are a flexible company, which easily adapts to the size of your project, we are able to produce from small to large quantities.
We are available to work with our customers’ proprietary molds or to support customers in developing new molds for their projects.
For the production, assembly, packaging of parts, accessories and packaging with more demanding requirements, we can use our ISO Class 7 controlled environment clean room in accordance with standard 14644-1.

We have a park of plastic injection machines with the latest technology that allows us to meet with great precision the highest requirements in the production and injection of the most varied parts, accessories and plastic packaging.
We have injection machines from 50 tons to 550 tons, which allow us to manufacture plastic parts weighing up to 2 kg. We also have 2 injection-blowing machines that allow us to manufacture bottles from 5ml to 500ml in capacity.
The injection, assembly, and packaging of your parts, accessories or packaging with more demanding requirements can be carried out in our ISO Class 7 clean room, regularly audited and certified according to ISO 14644-1.
Molds
We support the development and manufacture of injection and injection blow molds, supporting the client from the conception of the part, through the presentation of samples and prototypes in order to guarantee the success of industrialization.
We guarantee our customers preventive mold maintenance, providing greater mold longevity and better product quality.
Finishes
Many of the components produced require finishing, assembly or packaging under conditions defined by the customer.

With a total area of 4,500 m², of which 2,200 m² of covered area, we have modern facilities that offer the appropriate conditions for the development and manufacture of the most demanding projects.
We have a vast fleet of injection and blow injection machines with the latest technology that allows us to meet with great precision the highest requirements in the production and injection of the most varied parts, accessories and plastic packaging.
And finally, we have large independent warehouses for storing raw materials, molds and finished products, with temperature monitoring and recording.

Clean Room
We have an ISO Class 7 clean room, certified according to ISO 14644-1, which at the customer’s request can be used for the production, assembly and packaging of parts, accessories and packaging in a controlled environment with permanent temperature monitoring, pressure and humidity level.
Associated with our production facilities, we have quality control equipment (Three-Dimensional Video Systems, Watertightness Tests, Torque Tests, etc.).

Our traceability system covers all stages of production, from the entry of raw materials to the delivery of products.
With statistical monitoring of batches in the production process, we use the latest technologies to control the quality of our products.
Critical functional dimensions are monitored and documented using a fully automated visual inspection machine.
Visual inspections and various parameters such as weight control, torque force and tightness tests are continuously checked and documented during production.
We are at your disposal to carry out other control procedures, establishing and complying with a personalized Quality Agreement.
